Advanced Realestate Search

I am looking to search for homes for sale, but the typical realestate sites
(i.e. realtor.com, etc.) do not have an advanced search feature where you
can look for words in the listing (i.e. handyman special, etc.).

Anyone know of such a site?

I am not sure about handyman but www.realtytrac.com will show you
foreclosures as well as FSBO's it is pretty nice also

http://www.trulia.com/ is a new site works well and uses google maps to
show you the property as well as recent sales
